We have listed here the most common questions that we get asked along with brief answers. If you require any further information please don't hesitate to contact us.

General Questions
Q: When is your service available?
A: Our service is available 24 hours per day, 7 Days a week, 365 days a year. We charge a higher fee on the 24, 25, 26, 31 December and on the 1st January.
Q: What arrangements can be made for luggage?
A: Our cars have capacity for reasonable amounts of luggage, most vehicles allow for one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage for each passenger it carries. Excess luggage carriage can be arranged at reasonable cost. Please ask for details when booking your journey.
Q: Do you cater for children?
A: We can cater for children and for longer transfers we can also provide in car portable DVD systems with a selection of DVDs at a small additional cost of £10 per transfer.
Q: Can you provide child seats?
A: We can provide child seats free of charge although you are also welcome to bring your own. If you do bring your own child seat we can provide storage for periods of time that the seat is not being used.

Payments and Charges
Q: Are there any extra charges we should be aware of?
A: You will have to pay any parking charges, bridges and road tolls, London congestion charges and extra waiting time not allowed for in the quotation.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards (normal conditions apply), a cleared cheque or cash paid to the driver on the day of the service.
Q: Do you require a deposit at the time of booking?
A: If you haven't used us before or don't have an account with us a deposit will be required at the time of booking.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We require 24 hrs notice for cancellation of any pre-booked service or payment will be required in full.
Q: Can I open an account?
A: We will be happy to consider accounts for individuals and companies subject to accepting our terms and conditions, your status and satisfying our credit checks.

Planning Your Transfers
Q: Can I get a quotation in advance for the service that I require?
A: Yes, we provide quotations for most of the transfers that we complete. Our quotations are all inclusive so you know what you will pay at the time of the booking. However as the quotation is based on the information you provide us the price may differ if the itinerary subsequently changes. We will always notify you if there are extra charges.
Q. How do I get a quotation?
A. Complete our enquiry form with as much information as you can give us. We will endeavour to reply to your enquiry within 24 hours or quicker. If you require immediate service please call us on             +44 (0)1293 436464       .

Airport Transfers
Q: Do you provide an airport transfer or meet and greet service?
A: Yes, We cover all UK airports, our head office is based close to Gatwick Airport and we have drivers positioned throughout the UK so our meet and greet service is available from all UK airports.
Q: What happens if our flight is delayed?
A: We constantly monitor flight arrivals so our drivers will wait until the flight arrives and will only leave the airport on our authorisation after we have made further enquiries with your airline or after your instruction.
Q: Will I be charged if the driver has to wait at the airport?
A: We include the first hour of waiting time within the price. We always check flight arrivals for your incoming flight for any delays to minimise any additional charges. We allow 35 minutes after the flight has landed and then enter the Airport. We will then wait one hour and if we had not met you or been contacted during this time we will leave the Airport. If we are required to wait any extra time a charge per hour of £20 per car, £25 per MPV or £30 for an 8 seater minibus will be added.
Q: How will the driver find me at the airport?
A: Our driver will meet you at the Information Desk holding a board with your name on it. We ask that if you have a mobile telephone you call us once you arrive in the baggage reclaim area as this normally assists the meeting process.

Weddings and Family Occasions
Q: Do you cater for weddings?
A: We can supply a number of cars suitable as a wedding car. We can also provide additional cars for guests if required.
Sightseeing Tours and Events
Q: Can you provide custom made tours?
A: All of our tours are custom made and tailored to your individual requirements. We will arrange an itinerary to suit your interests and suitable for the time that you have available. In many cases our local knowledge can also assist with availability and opening times of local sites and events.
Q: Can you provide us with a tour guide?
A: In many cases it is possible to arrange a local tour guide with knowledge of the attractions that you wish to visit. This will depend upon your itinerary so make sure you let us know your plans at the time of booking.
Q: Can you provide food and drink?
A: We can make arrangements suitable for your needs from a professionally prepared picnic or packed lunch through to a pre-arranged barbeque or cooked meal in a restaurant. Please let us know your requirements at the time of booking.
